Graduated in Languages at Orel State University in Russia, I started as an Export Manager, Sales Manager and Business Analyst in multinational companies in Moscow and St.Petersburg.

“Every day brings new issues but I am thinking more broadly to face them
After my engineering studies, I moved to Tunisia to set up and manage a plant. I really enjoyed working in an international environment but I couldn’t go further without boosting my career with extensive courses in management.

"The Business plan: a complete overview of a company
Our Business Plan consisted in assisting a CNRS Researcher and a Cardiac Surgeon to launch a new medical device. The main objective of the Business Plan was to analyze the opportunity to create a company through a 3-year strategy based on a market survey to Cardiac Centers in France. First we had to make recommendations for characteristics like price, quality standards, sales and after sales program, intellectual property, funding requirements etc... and then to establish sales forecasts and a projected Income Statement.
This Business Plan helped us to cope with a complete overview of a company with real challenges: we were tested on our ability to elaborate alternatives."
